What Is Xward Capital

Founded in 2025, Xward Capital operates a deal-by-deal alternative investment platform for a private network of qualified investors. We do not raise blind pools. Capital is deployed selectively into individual opportunities that meet our underwriting standards and alignment requirements.

Over the past year, Xward has completed the initial build-out of its three core strategies—private credit, real estate, and business acquisitions—while actively deploying capital alongside established partners.

Investments to date have generated stable income and early performance validation, with an aggregate net IRR of approximately 14.8%¹.
